seller took to long to do work. and it indicate that order is complete but my work is only 20% complete and i cant use the model build

It was a milestone based Job.All the tasks in the last Excel were completed & was submitted for review.Unfortunately,there was no response for 8 days. So It got automatically marked as completed due to client's inactivity ! Still I asked for the list of changes but no list of changes was sent to me!
