:His communication seems to be ok but failed to deliver some part of the tasks/services he promised (& I expected him) to deliver. Overall he is OK I think.
:I have finished the project based on requirements. I have done tests from my azure account. I have created two documentation explaining this guy the development and deployment process. I have shared my screen with this guy and I have done the deployment process which was recorded by him. And even after all that I doesn't achieve to deploy from from his environment. Very low level client what can I say. Stay away from this client.
