Nice person but very difficult to communicate with. He delivered half what I asked for. I didn’t really use any of it except for an animation which I could have done myself. He offered a $5 discount and argued with me when I asked to pay only half because he delivered half. I will not be using this person again.

nice person, I completed his 2 tasks because 3 is not mandatory for his. he told me when he send me a message with his requirements in this have 4 total requirements and one is not mandatory and I sent him many times before submitting my final work then he never told me for one requirement and I know that I never complained my 1 task. I sent a offer with $5 or $10 discount
